Integrity in Every Mission
RAC supports government agencies and contractors worldwide with procurement, supply chain, logistics, and mission support. The people who rely on us need to trust how we work as much as what we deliver. We earn that trust every day by doing business honestly, following the law, and treating people with respect.
Code of Conduct & Employee Training
Our Code of Conduct sets out our commitment to doing the right thing. We expect every employee to read and understand it, to ask for guidance whenever the right course is unclear, and to speak up when something seems wrong.
Concerns raised in good faith are taken seriously, and retaliation against anyone who raises one is not tolerated. We provide ethics and compliance training so our people understand the standards they are expected to meet.
Anti-Corruption & the FCPA
RAC complies with U.S. anti-corruption laws, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), which prohibits improper payments to foreign officials, and with the anti-bribery laws of every country where we operate.
We do not tolerate bribes, kickbacks, improper gifts, or any other inducement offered or accepted to gain a business advantage. Because our work includes foreign military sales programs, we take particular care in how we work with foreign governments, agents, and suppliers.
Combating Human Trafficking
We are committed to preventing human trafficking, forced labor, and child labor in our operations and our supply chains. We respect the human rights of the people who work for us and for our suppliers, and we comply with U.S. and international laws on these issues, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation’s rules against trafficking in persons.
We expect our suppliers and partners to meet the same standard, and we work only with partners who follow these laws.
Compliance with International Trade Rules & Regulations
Moving equipment and materials across borders brings obligations. Our work is subject to export controls, economic sanctions, trade embargoes, anti-boycott rules, and import requirements in the United States and abroad, such as the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), where they apply.
These rules protect the national security of the United States and of our partner nations. Strict compliance is required of everyone at RAC.
Including Business Partners
Our suppliers, carriers, and other business partners are expected to follow the standards described on this page, to maintain high standards of business conduct, and to comply with the laws and regulations that govern their business and the work they do on RAC’s behalf.
Dedication to Continual Improvement
This page describes the core of our commitment, not everything we do. We continually review and improve our ethics and compliance efforts, working with our employees, leadership, customers, regulators, legal advisers, and others to make adjustments when they are needed.
Success Starts with Safety
Protecting our people, our customers, and the communities where we work is essential to how we operate, in the facilities and transport networks where our work takes place and on every mission we support. We are committed to environmental, health, and safety practices that keep people safe and reduce our impact.
